Your meal will be delivered delicious and on time with every aspect of the experience as eco-conscious as possible. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that we close the circle of the lifecycle of our packaging. Room Service packaging is 100% recyclable. We provide receptacles to dispose of packaging after use and we remove used products on a daily basis to ensure they are properly recycled.
A BOX WITH A RE-PURPOSE
The majority of the box is created with post-consumer recycled materials. The entire package, paper and utensils are 100% recyclable.
WATER-BASED INK
Our entire box is printed using water based inks, which is made by suspending a 100% biodegradable pigment into a water base. Water-based ink is much more gentle on the environment than plastisol ink.
WASH OFF ADHESIVE
Room Service meals are prepared ensuring new best practices and sanitary precautions are followed closely. Meals are prepared in boxes and then sealed with labels indicating guest information and order specifics. Once assembled and secured, the box label is signed by the person who put it together. This system ensures that your meal will be prepared correctly and safely.
Our labels are made with recycled paper, cellophane backing and natural rubber adhesive.
COMPOSTABLE TRAYS
Custom Room Service trays are made from bagasse, an eco-friendly biodegradable sugarcane pulp. They are both compostable and renewable.
